We are a first-generation small family farm operation in Elk Garden, right in the heart of Southwest Virginia. We produce a diversity of animal products including pasture-based chicken and turkey, free ranged eggs and we also manage a grass based dairy herd for Herdshare owners, all by what we call a Biblically Principled Sustainability. We use the natural systems of creation under prescription of Scripture to build upon the modern trend of organic and sustainable agriculture to produce the types of food and systems of land stewardship intended by our Creator.
You can find us on Tuesdays between 3pm and 6pm and Saturdays between 8am and 1pm at the Abingdon Farmers' Market during the regular market season. We also attend the winter markets every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month between January and April from 10am to 12pm. You can also find some of our product on the menu at The Harvest Table Restaurant and White Birch Juice Co., and on the shelves of Blue Hills Market in Abingdon, VA.
